People at risk

Most food and beverages have a “use by” or “expiry date” that indicates the length of time a product is suitable for consumption. Medicines also have an expiry date.

Since the adrenaline auto-injector uses a medicine (adrenaline) to treat an emergency allergic reaction (also known as anaphylaxis), it is important that it is always in date.

To help keep your adrenaline auto-injector within its use by date, we have created an Expiry Alert Service - ANAlert!

ANAlert offers you peace of mind, by notifying you when your adrenaline auto-injector device is nearing its expiry date.

Your adrenaline auto-injector should always be within its “Expiry Date”, if the
auto - injector is expired, it means that the adrenaline solution has passed its use by date. Expired adrenaline is not as effective when used for treating allergic reactions.

Click here to register your adrenaline auto-injector device with ANAlert. It’s simple, free and when you register, you will receive a complimentary Anapen® trainer device.
