The Australasian Society of Clinical Immunology and Allergy (ASCIA) recommend every person who carries an adrenaline auto-injector has an individualised ASCIA Action Plan for anaphylaxis prepared by their doctor.

You should always have a copy of your ASCIA Action Plan with your adrenaline auto-injector.
